*Students have to prove their status by presenting a valid student ID card (please send a copy by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat: eshd2019@wecotravel.hu)

Registration fees include 27% VAT.

Conference Registration Fee includes:

  • Admission to the conference sessions, plenary sessions and the exhibition
  • Admission to the official social events
  • Conference documentation
  • Coffee/ tea served during the morning and afternoon breaks

Standard and student fees for ESHD members include membership fees for the next two years (EUR 40 and EUR 20 for students).

Each registered participant is entitled to enroll accompanying persons along with his/her registration, upon payment of the accompanying person’s registration fee. The Accompanying Persons’ fee includes:

  • Admission to the plenary sessions
  • Admission to official social events

Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Congress Secretariat.

Before 15 May 2019            80% refund (20% processing fee)
After 15 May 2019               No refund

Confirmation of Registration

Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration.
Reservations will be finalized and reconfirmed only after having received the payment by Weco Travel Ltd. A receipt will be sent electronically.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a letter of invitation please notify the Congress Secretariat.
Invitation is only to assist participants to obtain travel grants, visa, etc. and does not imply any commitment of the Congress Administration to provide financial support.
